Cancellation of Contract Rights and Additional Charges
Under Distance Selling Regulations

Notification and Cancellation of contract is only permitted within 14 days of receipt of the item provided the item is returned to us within a further 14 days AND at the customers expense AND that the item is returned in a condition that is 100% suitable for resale to a customer by Welsh Pit Bikes.
Please remember if you the customer are returning any item it must be unused, and no assembly or fitment should have been carried out by you the consumer. Any fitment or assembly is classed as acceptance and use of the item by the customer and goes beyond handling normally permitted within a retail premises. Also A Deduction will be made if the value of the item has been reduced as a result of the customer handling the item more than necessary or acceptable within a retail premises. Any customer handling of the item more than normally acceptable within a shop premise is considered acceptance and use of the item and will be subject to a deduction if accepted by us as a request to cancel contract under distance selling rules. The definition of Handling the item more than a customer would do in a shop premise includes fitment, assembly, use, or opening of quality assurance seals.
We strongly advise that the customer contact us to discuss the Cancellation of Contract under Distance selling regulations so that we may fairly give an indication of any applicable deductions due to customer handling, use fitment or assembly, the best way for us to give any indication of such a deduction would be for the customer to supply a picture and description of the item and packaging.
Pitbikes are VERY expensive items to deliver.....please do not order if you are unsure about suitability.
Refunds are made less any original customer specified EXPRESS delivery cost and the standard collection cost.
Any delivery service specified/requested by the customer outside our normal delivery service is not refundable. This includes all Express or palleted deliveries, Saturday Deliveries and deliveries to area's outside our couriers normal UK Mainland delivery area. We also ask customers to please carefully consider if they would accept the delivery of the item they are returning under Cancellation of Contract, we want to provide ALL customers with the best products and quality at all times, therefore any sale request to be cancelled under Cancellation of Contracts MUST be suitable for resale.
PARTS TO CUSTOMER ORDER
Parts are sourced by us from the dis-assembly of NEW engines or New bikes.
Please Note This is always done to customer special order.
Parts are expensive items to deliver, and prepare for sale, please do not order if you are unsure about their suitability. Please call us with your bike VIN and Engine number and any pictures to help match parts prior to purchase if in any doubt about suitability. All Part are supplied to the Customers specification and are Guaranteed to fit the Bike specified in the Parts schedule and or description. Any Parts ordered to fit ANY other Brands of Bikes are not Guaranteed to fit, and therefore they may or may not fit other Brands of Bikes. All parts are supplied to the customers Quoted specification and order and are not eligible for return under Distance selling regulations. However IF agreed to be returned for refund within 7 days they will be subject to a restocking and processing fee of 25% of purchase price to cover our costs in sourcing and providing the customers with the requested parts.

Please give us a durable Notice in writing to notify us of your intention to cancel the order, your date of purchase and contact details MUST BE INCLUDED. If you have already received the products you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address CONTAINED ON YOUR DELIVERY PACKAGE . We recommend you use a delivery service that insures the goods when returning items as until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
When making a return your original invoice must be included to show your proof of purchase.
Upon return the item will be inspected, if returned as new, unused and un assembled then a refund or exchange will be made minus any extra express delivery and collection costs incurred by us. We will refund any amounts due within 14 days of proof of item return by the consumer.
Nothing in this Contract Cancellation policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
